We have our own in-house panel beater who has many years of experience and vastly experienced in repairing panels and replacing body panels in all the major body shops in the Glasgow area. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such a man with such skills and expertise who has worked on just about every prestige car and vehicle produced in the past 40 years or so. He is a tradesman that takes great pride in his work and standards that he achieves.
We are not an accident repair centre as such, however, we have the facilities and are able to repair panel damage where possible to the highest standard and finish, and replace items such as doors, bonnets, wings and bumpers and paint finish to factory-like standard in our oven.
For example, we replaced the two front wings on a Mercedes convertible which were rusted beyond repair and which the customer had for almost 20 years from new. The car was low-mileage and the lady loved the car and the wings were not as expensive as she thought they might be, so she said that she wanted the work done and her alloy wheels refurbished. Once completed, the car looked like new and the lady thoroughly impressed and delighted that she had decided to have the work done and with a smile commented "it looks like I may get another 20 years out of the car which I had considered beyond repair - and for not a lot of money".
Another customer with a Rover 75 about 20 years old was given an estimate to repair minor damage and give the car a full respray in Rover blue. The gentleman loved the car and so was prepared to invest in the said work being done and his alloy wheels refurbished. Once completed, the gentleman commented that the car looked like new and that he was delighted that he decided to have the work done. Since then, the very same gentleman has recommended our services to a variety of people and we have carried out work for his son on his camper van and also his work colleagues who required minor work to be carried out. This delights us because we understand that the customer is king and without customers we have no business.
These example are of larger jobs undertaken, however, please not the vast majority of work undertaken can be described as minor or cosmetic repairs or alloy wheel refurbishment.
